Building Strong Teams

How do you quickly build a strong multi-ethnic, multi-lingual team that understands each person’s unique contribution and works together to achieve goals?

This was my job as a business coach this month when I travelled to Africa for work. The team was made up of English and French speaking men and women from Mali, Cote D’Ivoire, England and America.

Using the CliftonStrengths assessment tool, I helped them understand each other’s main strengths along with the unique contribution they brought to the partnership.

As a result, we have now got a much stronger team, have clear aims and goals for the next 5 years and are committed to working well together.
