It makes me sad that we don't really have a celebration dedicated to being thankful for each other and what we have. (Especially when there is food involved.)
Taking a moment to assess and be thankful for what and who we have in our lives have been shown to improve our immunity, sleep and mood.
What if we took some time each day to thank our work colleagues, friends or family for the things they do?
As well as improving our mood and sleep, it can help them feel appreciated for those little, everyday tasks, and helps build rapport- one of the most important tools we can utilise in conflict situations.
