Successful organisations recognise that leadership development is essential to bring the best out of leaders & potential leaders.

The Church of England Birmingham holds a leadership training course twice a year where Vicki teaches TeamStrengths, using the CliftonStrengths Assessment. This is helpful for the leaders to grow in their self-awareness and understand their unique contribution to the organisation.
