QA is essential, as it ensures that all customers/clients receive the same high quality that the company desires, no matter what day or time they seek the service, who is providing it and where they are accessing the service from.
It is so important to ensure monitoring is consistent (across all monitors), reliable (using evidence of practice and referring back to the policies) and valid (based on recent, observed behaviour, training or products).
