Team Training

Managers often ask us to come and take a day to do Gallup CliftonStrengths with their team, then follow up with clarifying objectives for all the members, looking at how they can use their strengths to achieve these objectives.

This helps the team communicate and understand each other better, providing a healthy working environment.

The photo shows Vicki doing training that was being translated into French with a team from several different countries.

Feedback from these days include:

"Most people didn't want to leave the meeting..they wanted to keep on finding out about their strengths and the strengths of other team members."

“To be able to understand where each person's strengths lie is SO valuable for enabling your team to work effectively. It was such a helpful and insightful session.”

“(Vicki) Facilitated some great discussions with the team and began a plan of action for moving forward and working together in our strengths."

If you would like to book a team training day, contact office@multiplygroup.co.uk or message us here.
